I pulled up Periscope and we watched some of the lunar eclipse this morning before I had to leave for work.

I've been in day long meetings for the past few weeks so it's been hard to get out and do things at lunch. That kind of sucks, but on the upside lunch is catered every day. Who can say no to a million breadsticks and tasty soup when it's cold and snowy outside?

I have a sweater that, for the most part I like, but has silly flared sleeves. The fabric flaps around and gets on my nerves whenever I wear it. So today I sewed the flare shut and now the sleeves are like a normal sweater.

This evening we headed out to watch a co-worker's hockey game. She's been playing for most of her life and is in a local league not too far from our house.
he enjoyed watching the game for the first 15 minutes, but after that he started to get more comfortable and fascinated with his environment in general. Overall he had a great time, but he's definitely not ready to sit through a longer game. This hour was the perfect chunk of time.

We went ice skating for the first time today. It's been nearly 20 years since I've been and I truly forgot how terrible I am.
Quinn had a fun time but was ready to be done half way around the rink. It's a lot of work and the shoes were two sizes too big. But he's already excited to try it again!

We shared my headphones and enjoyed some music this evening. He's a fan of The Cranberries.

I don't think I'd ever imagined I'd see Aaahhh!! Real Monsters and other 90s cartoon art to hang in your home.

I didn't need these desserts after spending the week so far in all day meetings, barely walking around, but I ate them anyway.

I regret nothing.

The little one did some reading after being put to bed tonight. He used the glowing tummy of his musical seahorse to read a counting book.

They both enjoyed looking through VR headsets today. The toddler especially liked his special one that is powered by imagination.

We had some fun out in the neighborhood, enjoying the warm weather and all the snow still covering the grass.

He sleeps in the weirdest positions.
