We did a loop around Millennium Park this afternoon.

He overcame his fear of crossing this today, and ended up going though it several times. I doused his hands in hand sanitizer as extra precaution, although there are no cases of covid-19 yet in Michigan.

A co-worker recommended this cleaner. It is listed as one of the cleaners that will kill covid-19. So I picked this up and sprayed everything down that I could in my office. Several co-workers looked at me like I was silly, but I'd rather be paranoid than ignore it. Looking at international news, this is no joke.
This evening the little one wanted to play the FFVIIR demo, so I let him. He did well!

We went to Disney On Ice today. He's a good age for it so we thought we'd try it.
I haven't been to anything like this in decades, so I forgot how crazy everyone can dress up.
Quinn really enjoyed the show. The nice part was that our section up by us was empty, so we were alone.

I spent part of the morning popping balloons in my office. The team were testing them for an event and didn't need them anymore so I figured, why not get rid of them?

I'm still slowly working my way through Witcher 3 during my lunch break. Really enjoying the game and there is a lot of content to go through.

These swans have been enjoying the water while it's not frozen.

Saw this dog bus earlier today, which I found amusing.

No one was eating the starbursts at work, so (on the suggestion of a co-worker) I opened up a bunch of packets. No everyone can pick the flavor they want instead of it being a blind two pack of candy.

It's a half day at work, so I went in for the morning. Good thing for my kid that I did - a co-worker gave him this awesome bag of goodies.

A co-worker gave me this fun book! Now I have to pick up some ingredients so I can get cooking.

Sometimes I don't feel like packing a lunch, or going and buying anything, so I end up eating these emergency meals Chris buys for me. They never quite look as tasty as the photo.

Today is our work holiday party. I spent part of the morning cutting out demigorgan flowers for our holiday diorama at the event.

It's snowy and gross today. This photo doesn't do justice to what the roads were like this morning.

Chris made the little one a Poltergust-G00 (which is the games version of a Ghostbuster backpack)
We took the skywalk to the convention, which I absolutely love and miss, now that the weather is turning cold. I can't wander around in an office park the same way I could when I worked downtown.
We stopped by to visit friends at their booths, including Corinne Roberts.
As usual, we spent time at the lego table, letting the little one build.
The nice thing about the skywalk is that you go through a hotel. Since Luigi's Mansion 3 takes place in a hotel (as opposed to a haunted mansion), it was perfect for a ghost-busting Luigi to explore.

It's too early for these. Please make it go away.

 It snowed a little today...
We also finally carved a pumpkin for Halloween.

My parents came over to celebrate Chris's birthday and spend time with their grandson.
Since it's Zoo Goes Boo at John Ball Zoo, we were able to walk around and have some spooky fun.
It's fun to go every year and see all of their decorations!

We spent a big part of the day out and about, playing and hanging out. He had a lot of fun checking out all of the new Harry Potter stuff at the bookstore.

I'm running some cables back and forth between buildings today at work.
